"I am not a computer" hehe.. i wanted to say i don't have a computer...oops..
then later his computer explorer hang..kena blue screen. get wat... winsock error... he dunno wat to do sia.. i told him in english..i think you need to restart the computer.. he nodded... but he didn't restart!! ahah then finally after a while he restart..then get scan disk.. he let the thing scan.. then enter windows that time. get the "click here to restore active desktop" screen.. he had to read the whole thing and consider a while somemore.. before finally restoring the destop thrpugh settings!!! sad case sia.. i miss tokyo already......

We got there early...like 9 liddat..then after we got all the ticketing and what nots done..we went our seperate ways.. DisneySea has this special FastPass (FP) thing.. where u queue up, and get a ticket for a specific ride. the ticket tells u to come back at a fixed time. that was u can like jump the Q.... aiyah.. i got to go liao....

oh yah..since this is my last day here (LSCT).. I might as well mention something thats on this desk. Pretty much from the first day I got here, there was this aquarium there. At first there was nothing much in it. Just a wire mesh and some scummy green shit growing in it.. Over time more and more stuff was added in to it.. a giant clump of dunno wat plant.... sand... aerator..a small piece of dead ree.. and now..its even teeming with little life.. eww... theres this teeny weeny prawn..a bunch of water snails that are sooooo small they can fit on your pinkie fingernail... and now..there are some really small water fleas i think..swimming around.. I tell.. I hate snails..and they are really grossing me out.. crawling across the tank walls.. i can watch their little orange mouths chomping away at the algae... then just now..there was a small snail on a big snail..and the big snail swung around and around and around..trying to shake it off!! For one thing..i didn't think the snail was smart enought o actually try shaking stuff off...and the other thing is thats like the fastest I've seen a snail move!! shite if they crawled at that speed I'd be staying home all day on rainy days.. I don't care..that or wear super thick leather shoes..

speaking of shoes.. I was walking the dog yesterday.. then after the walk..we went back and waited for the lift.. there was this cockroach right next to where i was sitting.. and it didn't move away..so I thought it was dead.. Then just as we were about to move off, that bug ran UNDER MY DOG!! haha.. shit. too bad for the bug my reflex reaction after it crawled out was to bring my foot down on it..hard.. I surprised my self even.. it was the 1st time I intentionally squished a cockroach.. guess it wasn't its day... :P

in office.. I can't believe I'm sick again!! Bloooooody hell!!! I have a throat infection. I have 2 pills, antibodies and that cough syrup thing to pop 2 or 3 times a day. Yay~ what a way to end the attachment...

I was on 184 on the way to school just now, and I saw two half naked middle aged men facing each other, grasping each others hands (as though they were dancing) and they were like..rocking each other. I push u pull, u pull I push.. that kind of rocking. I was totally stunned/puzzled/shockificated. I'm sure it was a simple exercise routine or something, but still, from afar, it looks wierd as hell.

I hate the polyclinics liao. I went there. I registered. I realised I had to wait forever so I asked if I could cancel. When I went back to cancel, the lady at the counter looked at me and said, "you just registered only right?" yah..thats true..I waited 15mins before deciding I didn't want to wait anymore. So I told "yah, I want to cancel"
"why so fast?"
"erm.. cos I got impatient? Is there a problem with cancelling now?"
"why don't you go back and wait at least 30 mins then cancel?"
"erm..no..If i wanted to wait that long, I wouldn't want to cancel...Is there a problem?"
"what am I going to write in the reason for cancelling?"
"just say I got impatient loh"
"haiyoh, now I have to go back and trace it and take it back, you should have told us earlier."
"orh..sorry"
she goes off to find my folder...comes back..prints the cancel slip, asks me to wirte particulars and reason...
I wrote "misjudged waiting time"
she looks at it and laughs "misjudged waiting time?! *stares in my face* Polyclinic waiting time is ONE hour ok.."
"orh..ok..I know that now..." I take back my $8 mutter a sorry and thanks and I'm outta there.

I still think she just didn't want to get up and look for my folder.......

Demo's over.. Phew.. I was late cause I couldn't find my keys. Searched all over for them for like 10 mins.. then I ran out and there were no cabs!!! Eesh. Oh yah, my demo was pushed back to 4pm, so I had to cancel my driving lesson. Hope the instructor doesn't think I'm a quitter ;P

Demo was....alright. It went pretty much smoothly i guess. I had one broken link and I sort of made a drama scene in front of the 2 markers :p
It was a cgi script, but the link went to a .pl instead. So the script wasn't interpreted. It got displayed out on screen and I was like..ok..blah blah blah *click* HUURRRAAAHHHH ( gasping noise you always see in TV when the guy sees a ghost or something ) yea..i think i got a few pity points from that.. heh..

Just watched this show on Star movies. About chinese women and their relationship with their mothers. Pretty deep stuff. heh.. Its a dramatic movie after all, so they exaggerated certain points I suppose. The show featured 3 daughter/mother relationships, but all are pretty much similiar. The mother suffered when she was younger, mainly due to bad husband. Oh yah, the film is set in America, so there were mixed race marriages and so they touched on that issue as well... overall just supposed to be thought provoking stuff i guess.. But I ain't a woman and I ain't American-Chinese. So I couldn't relate to the movie. So why am I writing all this down? Cos other then eating and sleeping, that was the next most interesting thing that happened after demo. I ate this tuna roll thingy my mom or dad made though.. I was asleep when it was made, so I didn't know who made it. It was good. I can still taste the tuna.

Oh yah.. I getting a sore throat again.. Eeeeesh

today's driving lesson was my second lesson. That went like shite. The instructor for today is going to be my fixed instructor some more!! cham la.. i think i left a bad impression on him liao. Cos I had this early as hell 835 class. shit man..at that hour I forever blur like sotong wan ma..then he sounds damn boring oso..very monotonous... the heavy rain didn't help as well... :( hopefully tmr's will be better.

but my immediate concern for tomorrow is DEMO!!
jiarlat..FYP demo....... hopefully can present professionally la.. Tomorrow really have to talk as though I know what I'm talking about...

I have something to announce. I have decided to return to my "roots"
I am going to speak english and only english whenever possible.

Reason A: My grasp in english has been going down the drain lately and if I don't do something about it soon, theres no saving me in the Army.

Reason B: I sound like a blubbering fool when I speak chinese, so I might as well screw it and not speak it at all unless absolutely necessary.

Reason C: I use way too many dialect swear words. If I cut beck on chinese and dialects, that means I cut beck on swear words! Then from there I can start filtering the English swear words then.

I know a lot of people will want my head for saying all this. But hey, I already stated my reasons. So before you judge me, try hard to love me :)

Next on the agenda.. my first driving practical! heh.. twas ok la..
Basically the more important thing that I learnt was how to start and stop the car. As in from a stationary position, how to set the car moving. Kinda hard at first. But I soon got the hang of it. All I need to do next is practice and learn how much to let go on the clutch and how much on the gas I should press down. Nothing else but practice can help me on that. refer to previous post on the "blur like sotong" story.

Lastly, I watched Resident Evil today. Good shit man. Damn good shite. For starters, Milla Jovovich was hot as hell. Even with her hair in a mess and a dirty black leather jacket covered her up, she still looked good enough to eat. heh.. I know i sound pervy. Its a guy thing. Some say that there is no storyline to the Resident Evil movie but I disagree. There IS a storyline. Not the most original storyline.. but there's one never the less. But this may not sound like much coming from a non-professional, but I feel that the storyline was pretty good as it stayed true to the game, and yet, it holds it own water. You don't need to have played the game to understand the show. It helps add on to the experience but its not needed. In short. I like. I could watch it a couple more times, but mainly for milla and her pink bits. heh....

Blogger uses the FTP to send Geocities the lastest Blog file. But Geocities DOESN'T have an FTP server anymore!!!

I made a javascript slideshow thing.
It worked locally, it worked on an external server, but it doesn't work on geocities.

nothing I can do about that now.. so I took it down. I'll find some other way to get those pics up.. I guess the only way left is Flash or HTML. I'll think about it. After I took the effort to write in javascript! and in the end, it didn't work.. idiot
